How To Make Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

Here is a real simple recipe for sugar free bbq sauce. It calls for sugar-free ketchup. I have it here in my local store, I hope you do as well. It goes on anything you’d usually have regular bbq sauce on. Here is the list of ingredients:

1 cup sugar-free ketchup

2 Tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1/2 Tablespoon dry mustard

1/2 Teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 Teaspoon onion powder

1/8 (or to taste) cayenne pepper

Pinch of black pepper

Mix all ingredients and simmer on the stove for 15 minutes. Use as you normally would on foods you like. Store leftover in container in fridge for up to two weeks. Enjoy! Let me know what you think! Please subscribe to newsletter!
