Last Day!!! Woot Woot! Finally its over! Cant wait to dive in to those tortilla chips and cookies! I just need to take it easy. According to the book you need to switch to 80/20. 80 percent good and 20 percent bad. Lets see if I can do it.
Today I ran 12 miles. I didnt get tired or feel like I had low energy. It actually felt really good. I dont know if my body finally started to use my fat as energy or what but I was happy with it. I had an omelette with gouda cheese after that. Then I had some dark chocolate covered almonds for a snack. I smoked some italian sausages for dinner. I made zucchini noodles and homemade spaghetti sauce as well. That was good. I had some whiskey as well. I probably shouldnt have done that because I may have eaten some cookies. Whoops. Oh well last day.
Ill post my round of the diet tomorrow with the total weight loss and my feelings on the whole diet then ill get back to grilling!! Cheers….
