Bone Broth Diet

So i was looking at some pictures of myself at a 5k and I looked terrible. I cant even look at the picture. I am 30 pounds overweight. I am 181 pounds. I am 5′ 6″ I should weigh around 150 pounds. I knew I had to do something. I researched many many diets. I hate diets. Exercising is not hard for me. I run all the time, 5 miles, 10 miles, half marathons. It confuses me how i gained all this weight. Anyway I still wanted to be able to grill so I researched diets where I could still do that. I came across Dr Kellyann’s Bone Broth Diet. Its a 21 day diet where you fast 2 days of the week and drink nothing but bone broth and eat paleo the other days and drink bone broth as a snack. It seems easy enough and I still get to grill. I am on the first day of it. I had just bone broth for breakfast and salmon and asparagus for lunch, more bone broth for snack and turkey meatballs and asparagus for dinner. I also drank a lot of tea. I feel alright but I got some broth on my hands and cant seem to get the smell out. I dont like it very much. I will keep you updated and dont worry, ill still be grilling!
