Smoking turkey meatballs on the grill is so simple. They are so good. They lift spaghetti and meatballs to a whole new level. Not only are they great they are pretty healthy as well. Check it out!
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg beaten
1/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Just combine all ingredients and shape into golf ball sized balls. Now you could through these in the oven but when you have a grill you might as well throw them on there! Get your grill to 350 degrees. Set the meatballs on one side away from the coals so its indirect heat. Throw some wood chips on the coals. I used cherry. Smoke for 15-20 minutes and turn them over and smoke for another 15 minutes. They will turn out perfect!
Use them for whatever you use meatballs for. So so good!
